The only decent thing about this hotel was its location. OTHERWISE, there were several issues that occurred without any course of action to make things better.

Rip Off. quoted us one price then charged $147 for Resort Fees and another charge of $90 for Parking! It was a joke. Never stay here

The hotel is cute but the bathroom is very small. The wi fi didn't work and this was super annoying as I couldn't perform my normal business duties. The staff agreed to an extra hour for check out which was appreciated and they very kindly gave us a jug for the room to boil water, but they let the team down because they didn't have any ordinary tea bags (black tea) and made no effort to get any. Not everyone likes coffee and herbal teas!! The bathroom products were lovely quality.

Location is the best part, you can walk for Rodeo drive, and is also so close to Santa Monica, Malibu and Hollywood.

The location of Maison 140 was excellent for our activities. The downstairs lobby was a convenient gathering place for friends and family. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Such a charming hotel in such a great location! The room was beautiful and the staff made our stay extra special!!! We were warmly greeted at check in and they have a lovely little bar with the greatest bartender ever!!! A great find!!!

I was a solo traveler and felt very safe being there by myself which is a huge plus. It is right next to much more expensive hotels and the neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel is very cute from the street and the bar/lounge area is cute and cosy. It was very reasonably priced for this area so if you are on a budget it is a fine option.
